Villino di Porporano

A few kilometers from the center of Parma, in the tiny village of Porporano, a lovely vacancy place has been created and organized by Elena and her family.
Next to the manor house, in the garden surroundings, once stood an antique farmhouse, built on stone foundation and overcame from a high barn.
This old rustic house has been transformed into a charming guesthouse: the rooms with bathrooms, common areas, a large kitchen, a veranda protected by glass windows which separate it from the enchanting green shades of the garden. Nothing has lost the flavor of the past thanks to the rough walls interrupted by river stones used instead of bricks that still surprise who enters the house for the very first time.
Moreover, in the bedrooms the natural hardwood floors suggest a color harmony.
Elena has carefully furnished all the rooms, choosing old bed head, embroidered curtains, antiques furnitures and reassuring linen sheets
Villino di Porporano is a place where hospitality is not a job but a way of life.
